Ik ben vergek op wintergroenten. Pompoen, pastinaak, aardperen, witloof en spruitjes.. Ik vind ze allemaal super lekker. Voor mij mogen ze dan ook in al hun eenvoud en puurheid uitblinken op mijn bord. Deze gebakken spruitjes zijn ideaal als bijgerecht. Een handvol gehakte noten (hazel of amandel) en een beetje peper&zout, meer hebben ze niet nodig. Tenzij misschien een lepeltje graanmosterd aan de kant, om lekker in te doppen.
- Spruitjes doormidden snijden en beetgaar stomen
- hazelnoten fijnhakken
- spruitjes bakken in een grillpan in een beetje olijfolie
- hazelnoten op het einde 2 minuutjes mee bakken
- kruiden met peper en zout
